My question is how does one meditate on God's word?

1. Pray for spiritual insight,wisdom before you start to read.


2. Read with patient and thirst in your heart to hear from the lord.



3. Take your time on each word/sentence. Pause to think about each word/sentence that you don't understand or present them here.



4. Find a very quiet and or noiseless room/place.



5. Prepare you body, mind and position yourself well.

6. Do start with the book of proverbs.
