Do not stay out late.
Don't trust any man totally lest you are set and rape.
Don't party at night, infact don't at all.
Be wary of friends, especially male friends.
Don't walk alone at night.
Stay put until it dawn when it's late to go out/home.

Spiritual ;

Pray and fast that this will not be your portion.
Pray against physical rape.
Pray for God protection.
Pray the lord shall scatter, cause confusion amidst any group of person plotting to take advantage of you.
Pray that the lord will fight for you and exposé every evil agenda against you and your body.
