I saw myself and three other person in the dream, one was holding recharge card, naira notes and US currency. One out of the three instructed the person holding those things to attend to me and I was expecting him to give me cash first but he gave me several recharge card which I load on my phone immediately, he was counting the naira notes like he is about to give me then I woke up

You have set your mind on an expectation either from God or man or just what you've been praying or longing for God to do for you but the Lord said, it will be met but, not according to your expectation and from which direction you desired it first.

The first thing that God will grant to you is a connection ( the recharge card or credit ) first, which now connects you to your blessing or what you've set your mind on God to do for you; financial favour or breakthrough.

So, a little patience and endurance will pay off.
