1. I cant understand sir, but this racing heart beat started slightly in my secondary school and seemed to grow with me. Those days it would change my mood once it happens. That way the heart beats when you are doing something wrong and u hear a voice or someone scares you from behind. 1. God be my witness, your number one question reminds me of myself, my past ? How I overcame mine? Relax!
Now, don't let the devil deceive you that there is a problem or battle without a solution , it's all lie and nothing but a BIG lie. You see, whatever that thing is , is as a result of your upbringing or your father ( you know what I mean? ) , I wouldn't want to talk about that here except you wish we do so. Yes, these heavy and pepperish heart beat were instilled in you because of how he used to .....when he was alive .
Now, getting back to the solution,..... I was just like you , I prayed,prayed and prayed and even beg God for 6 years over my heavy heartbeat and heart pain but nothing happened. So, one day, it dawn on me that the solution does not lie in prayer but to face reality by attacking the source of the pain which was my brother , and of course, I made a vow that anytime that heart beat show up I will go through the pain and engage in running or jumping exercise. Now, that couple with the source of the pain in less than 3-5 month? It was all gone though it comes once in a while (which was quite unusual ) after i fough the battle in the physical. But you know what ? With time it was all gone. So yes, the parmanent solution you seek daughter ? Lies in the physical. Stop fighting it in the spiritual the heart beat problem solution lies in the physical.
Number two/three question ; The solution to the one lies in number two itself. I don't care if these manipulation or fearful trances or whatever you call it is from the devil , infact, if it like let it be from hell. But you know what ? The solution to this is having the courage and boldness not to feel terrified or give in to whatever unnecessary,manipulative fear it comes with. Mind you, this might be the major culprit of the heartbeat or heavy pain in your heart. And need I tell that this is the plan of the devil to keep the heartbeat going and alive so that you may remain a slave to these fear or heartbeat for the rest of your life. And yes, don't be surprise I had this as well but you know what I did also when I realised that little things often scared me especially in the night ? I made a vow ; " whatever this is if it failed to kill me let it go to hell". Yes, that was my strategic and even, each time it comes I say to it , what are you waiting me, do what you have to and if you fail to, and you are only here to scare me? Then you are nothing but empty barrel and you are powerless after. ".
Yes, that's it, you must learn to counter it and speak to it,your self anything it surfaces. You must embrace the spirit of " go to hell" are you my God,..... If you want to conquer these two. Remember daughter , what does or fail to kill you do not only make you stronger but can never kill you, ever!
