A friend said dat she had these dream where it was revealed to her that a woman took her job in that dream as she was going to ask for another job the owner said they would not give her until she goes and ask the woman. She is so confused because the woman we are talking about is dead what must she do?

Her glory is been hijacked.

What a wicked world!!

She's carrying an empty and useless credentials as we speak. The real one has been hijacked by powers of the grave.
Someone, an old woman has hijacked and took her(your friend)virtue, glory and destiny to the grave with her.

I'm sorry to inform you that nothing good will come out credentials or cert.

She must take it back, she must unearth that wicked old woman grave and take back what she took with her (buried) to the grave.

This is wicked. Jesus!!!

She needs deliverance. If she want to achieve or become somebody with that credentials.

This is cruel.

I have a dream. I saw my self in a dark place and I saw an old man he gave me a shining sword to conquer I later saw myself out of that place and was fighting with a giant then I saw myself swimming going on a mission. I kept on swimming and I saw some men wearing red blocking my way. I stood on top of the water and I ask them why are they blocking my way that I am here to help them . They left and I woke up. The next day I dreamt that I kept on swimming with no obstacle on the way. Second dream. I dreamt that I was told my boss and some colleagues that I am leaving the firm all of a sudden every where was dark . I kept shouting jesus until I work up. Third dream. Any time I pray about a new job before I sleep . I dreamt about my current place of job which I want to leave.
