1) Can a single line or sentence alteration that occur when writing/narrating one's dream affect d interpretation of the dream at all?

2) Is it important to include one's feeling that accompanies an action in a dream?

The answer to all of the above question is " YES! ". But note that you need to be creative about it and don't over stretch your narration lest it makes your dream appear meaningless or directionless.
