Please my neighbors have cats and i wake up to see cat poop in front of my house. This always grieves my spirit because i hate cats is this a spiritual attack or nothing to worry about? Thank you.

Your question was answered, at the emboldened. That is, it's obviously because you hate them hence your reaction towards them: cats.
And believe me you, if it has anything, link with spiritual attack? You know you father in heaven won't hide it from you?
But if you are still in doubt or worry about your reaction to them? Then ask the lord the question to be more certain and assured.
Ps 25:14, Joel 2:28.
Above all? You have nothing to worry about at all even if they are possessed, as being a true child of God? They are suppose to see you and run or tremble each time the come across you because you carry fire!

Please Sir I have a question. Is it okay for a mother to kneel down for her child and inlaw to pray for her protection? I ask this because parents are supposed to pray for their children kneeling down in my humble opinion.

It's right for someone to pray for somebody else,or for daughter to pray for her mother's protection while kneeling down especially if the daughter is spiritually gifted or a prophetess because by so doing she's representing God hence the glory will go to God alone.
But it's so wrong to magnify mortal man or none gifted/prophetess daughter doing so. Because by so doing you,she's taken the place of God in her mother's life, and at the same time, the said mother is indirectly idolized the daughter--this provokes God for he will never share his glory with any man.
