Dear Pastor Bankole, I saw my late great grand ma in my dream.She didn't say anything to me and she kept vomiting. Sitted next to her was my reverend uncle saying to me that we need to be observing our great grandma wedding anniversary and then I woke up

She's vomiting what she swallowed, yes.
It means: HELL is the portion of such.
She's paying for her sins while alive, do learn from these, a life without jesus shall suffer both on earth/HELL.
