And if, perhaps you are yet to buy one and or planning be rest assured you won't fall into the hands of scammers make your finding and make sure these signs that guaranteed gov approval are clear enough for all to see. Success and or new acquiring properties is here- such a grace and blessing. Wow!
2. Do not tell about what God is doing for you before such nor expose these.
Be conscious and keep your blessing/prosperity to yourself. Trust none and reply on none but God alone.
Do not play your properties in the hands of such or any(for that matter) you can't /don't trust.
What's the essence of asking somebody u do not trust to handle your things while u are aware that after u do your mind/heart won't be at peace nor trust such at all in the first place?
3. I can see, seems you wanted/want to acquire a new property (if not car?,land? Vehicle? Etc? You have the answer ) but there is this particular one, the owner won't let it go, s/he won't sell it.
So look else where, don't rely on this.
