sir regardin dat prayer u gave me wit fasting,sir how wil i do my fastin cos i hav ulcer. If u say i shud not break by 6pm. Wat of dat part u said i must drink d water and bath before eatin anytin.

Pretend as if you are embarking on 6pm fasting with the mind that you are breaking your fast at 3pm ( I hope 3 pm would be fine with you) but should the ulcer start acting up by 12pm or 3pm ? Break your fast. But should the lord prove to you that he owns your body and or that ulcer must give way for his will do be done? Extend the fasting to as long as God would prove himself.
Your second question -
It simply means ; you break your fast with water first before you proceed with whatever ( as stipulated ) want to break it with.
