Good day sir, pls sir I had a bad dream of snakes coming after me but I was holding a strong metal up then I saw a window that I was able to jump out and escape. The big fat snake was the one leading the others.

Truly, you know where you are coming from and hence don't joke with prayers,and has build a strong relationship with jesus.
But that isn't enough. You must stop running(just praying alone) and attack these foundational serpentine powers from their source, ask the fire of God to consume them.

Use psalm 119 often and add this prayers to you daily prayers :

Oh lord arise and destroy every source of foundational serpentine powers by fire.

Fire of the living God arise and destroy every foundational, serpentine powers troubling my peace in the name of jesus

Holy ghost fire arise and consume every source of powers and foundation of witchcraft serpentine power chasing me by the power in the name of jesus.
