1. Drink at least 2 liters of water everyday, most especially in the first 12 hours of the day. A glass of water as soon as you wake up will go a long way in boosting your metabolism.Things like funny headaches, being over-weight, rough skin, constipation etc are easily solved with water.
2. Eat your last meal at least 4 hours before you go to bed. if you happen to eat late, eat small, light meals.This will help your body rest well,and stop the regurgitation of stomach acids into your esophagus thus preventing things like heart burn or gastro-esophageal reflux disease.
3. Sleep is a very important thing. Embrace it. Create an atmosphere in your bedroom that brings calmness.Be finished with the phone & any other gadgets at least an hour before bed.The bright lights from the screen & (even light bulbs) will delay in your falling asleep.
4. Sugar is not good for you.Replace it with honey. Stay away from sugary drinks, laced with chemicals.Choose to juice your fruits if you must drink sweet things.
5. Don't give anyone power to stress you.No one is responsible for your happiness.Not even your wife/husband. Only God can fill that void.There is a big difference between stress & hard work.
6. Smile more often & focus on the good. Look & capitalize on the good in people. Appreciate & enjoy nature.Be active:exercise,take walks.
